Johnny Depp was seen leaving out the back of the Troubadour in Los Angeles after a charity event this week.
The 58-year old actor signed autographs for fans waiting outside the venue.
Currently, Depp is in a heated legal battle with his ex-wife Amber Heard. In 2019, he filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit after Heard accused the star of abuse allegations. Depp is claiming the allegations are false and damaging to his career.
According to Business Insider, Elon Musk and James Franco are two big names who will be testifying at the forthcoming trial. The two public figures were dragged into the battle after Depp claimed Heard had “two extra-marital affairs” with them.
Amber Heard brought several other celebrities into her exhibit list, including Jason Momoa, the star of Aquaman, and J.K. Rowling, the author of Harry Potter, and other notable figures. It is said that text messages and email threads will be used as evidence in the trial.
The trial is set to begin on April 11th at the Fairfax County courthouse in Virginia.
