Trey Songz Receives $5 Million Demand Letter for Alleged Sexual Assult

Trey Songz has been accused of several accusations over the past few months. Now, a fourth woman, Megan Johnson, has accused Trey Songz of sexual assault.

The woman’s legal team also represents three others who have made sexual assault claims against Songz, including former college basketball player Dylan Gonzalez, Jauhara Jeffries, and an unnamed woman.

Johnson alleges that Songz approached her at a party and exposed her breast. A video was obtained by TMZ that proves the validity of the incident that happened in August 2013 at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut. The two met at the “Foxwoods Liquid Sundays with Trey Songz” party in the VIP section.

Johnson’s legal team, Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, sent a demand letter requesting a $5 million settlement to stay out of court.

The demand letter claims, “Ms. Johnson immediately pulled her top back on preparing herself for another assault. With intended premeditation, [Songz] further terrorized and humiliated Ms. Johnson with degrading chant, ‘Titties in the Open.'”

The woman’s legal team also said Johnson has “engaged in self-harm, [and] suffered severe emotional distress.” The legal team said that if Songz failed to settle this matter, they would pursue legal action in court.

Another woman, Gonzalez, came forward in January 2022 about an alleged rap that happened nine years ago in Las Vegas.

In a tweet, Gonzalez said, “I am forced to repeatedly relive in my mind, and suffer anew, the long-suppressed horror and unbearable PTSD of my rape by his very hands at a well-known Las Vegas hotel.”

In February 2022, an unnamed woman also filed a $20 million lawsuit against Trey Songz, naming him as a “brutal rapist” after an encounter that allegedly happened in 2016.
