Elon Musk Shares Dogecoin Video On Twitter That “Explains Everything”

Tesla CEO Elon Musk continues to push for Dogecoin with tweets and YouTube lives supporting the coin. On April 1, Musk went to Twitter to share a new video about the meme coin. He responded to a tweet made by Brett Winton, the Director of Research at Ark Invest, about Bitcoin miners.

Winton’s featured a joke that consisted of a short conversation between someone who understands Bitcoin and how APEX is mined and someone who doesn’t realize “miners” is actually hardware.

Musk replied, “Just show her this video explains everything.”

Winton then bantered back, saying his five-year-old is already encouraging him to set up a Coinbase account.

Dogecoin co-founder Billy Markus then entered the conversation quoting Musk’s video as the “best cryptocurrency video in history.”

Every time Musk mentions the coin there’s a shift in the value of Doge. Sometimes for the worst, like his SNL appearance where he admitted Dogecoin is a “hustle.” Other times, like now, it’s for the better. Since his recent tweet sharing the video, the coin surged 5% in 24 hours.

Musk also announced in February that Tesla would accept payment in Doge at the new Santa Monica supercharging station.
