Influencer Olivia Marie, a 19-year-old Instagram star, just bought her very first home in Lower Manhattan’s East Village.
The previous Hype House member with over 3.5 million followers on Instagram paid $1.25 million for the one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo.
The condo was on the market for only 17 days before the influencer bought it for the full asking price. The unit was initially purchased in 2011 for $859,000.
The 753-square-foot unit has a home office and private terrace and features new hardwood floors, high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The apartment also features motorized shades, in-ceiling stereo speakers, an open living room, a chef’s kitchen, and a king-sized bedroom with custom closets.
The building dubbed The A Building is an eight-story, 95-unit complex built in 2007 that features a rooftop pool with cabanas as well as a gym.
