Daniel Radcliffe attended the premiere of The Lost City during the SXSW Film Festival in Austin alongside Sandra Bullock, his costar in the movie.
The forthcoming movie, which is scheduled to release on March 25th, also stars actors including Channing Tatum and Brad Pitt.
Daniel Radcliffe stars in the film as Fairfax, an evil billionaire who takes Bullock’s character on a wild ride.
The movie follows romance novelist, Loretta Sage, played by Bullock, who ventures on a book tour alongside a sexy cover model named Alan Caprison, AKA Channing Tatum. Sage is kidnapped by Fairfax and Caprison comes to her rescue.
The film’s production began in May 2021, and most of it was filmed in the Dominican Republic. The project officially wrapped in August of last year.
The Lost City Premiere at SXSW Film Festival is the first time Radcliffe has made a public appearance since the pandemic. “This is the first thing like this that I have done in two years. First time I’ve gotten out of a car to screaming people again. So, that was like a little bit of an adjustment. But yeah, it’s lovely to be here.”
He also talked about Channing Tatums nude scene, “I wasn’t there for that scene on that day, but I have heard a lot about it, and I believe that was Channing’s first day on the film where he just had to get naked.” he said.
An Entertainment Tonight reporter asked if he’d be shutting his eyes during the scene, to which Radcliffe stated, “No! God, we should all be so lucky to look at Channing Tatum’s naked body.”
